I love this, especially the tracheotomy scar. There’s no attempt to hide it, & if anything, it brings the perfection of her other features into sharper focus. It’s right there in the middle of the photo, as if to say, “Yeah, I’ve got this bigass ugly scar. I’ve undergone terrible suffering, & now it is a part of who I am. You got a problem with that?” As someone with ugly scars that I can’t (& wouldn’t) hide, I really appreciate this.

 I don’t think her scar is really all that obvious or eye-catching, but I do like that no attempt has been made to cover it up and pretend it’s not there. It doesn’t detract from her beauty and it makes her no less flawless, in my opinion.
